I write this with mixed emotions.  I'm proud because most of my students tried their best on the day, but disappointed at the vast lack of planning by many.  It's always a great idea to listen to the teacher with expertise in the area - especially when they bring in resources free for you to borrow, copy and return.

Adding pictures - Okey Dokey Artichokey

Adding pictures seems relatively easy - there's a simple link to insert pictures (it looks like a polaroid) when you create a new post.  Make sure you make your food photgraphs as attractive as possible - with staging, accessories, lighting and angles.  Do you want to take a picture of the whole dish or just a slice (or slices)?  Arrange it on the plate in interesting ways and fiddle with the focus on your camera - or tweak it in some simple photoshopping programs.
