Some Stress Management Tips

Hi all,

As the term progresses and we start to get down to the nitty gritty of it all, stress can sometimes affect us.  I found this nifty little video on a few of the ways that you can cope with and manage stress in your lives.  The whole channel this is part of is pretty cool - lots of interesting and useful advice, and while not all of it might apply to you directly, I'm sure that there's plenty of stuff on there to get you thinking.
